Important: Once your order has been shipped and is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can refuse delivery or return the product after receiving it according to our returns policy.

What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns on most products sold on tdebizindia.in, including:

  • Fiber optic cables and SFP modules

Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these conditions:

  • Original packaging intact and undamaged
  • All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included
  • All original tags and labels attached
  • No physical damage, scratches, or signs of installation

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For quality, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns:

How to Return a Product – Step by Step

What if I lost the original packaging?
